Hi guys so I need some help. I am about to interview for a API support desk for a fintech company. Its a level1 support desk. I have very limited experience with this so any help would be appreciated. What i want to know is what are the most basic and common question that are sent to the software support desk in relation to API. For example how to do you figure out API usage? Where are API libraries stored? Very basic question. What kind of questions can I expect from the interviewer.
