URL Generating Logic

I need help with the live support url service. When I receive a URL from Umuly on Postman, other people should not be allowed to chat using this url. Assuming that 10,000 people have a live chat, the service should create 10,000 new urls. What is the reason behind this? How does the service generate new urls for each one? (In .NET Core language)
